There are many different synthetic thatch options, we choose to use only products that have a class A fire rating, wind testing and fabricated here in the USA.  Synthetic thatch keeps the great look of natural thatch with the great benefits of a 20 yr warranty. We have found some applications such as Theme parks, restaurants, or other commercial projects just are not a match for natural thatch.
